After twenty years of partnership, Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face has parted ways with Efe Omorogbe, the CEO of talent management company, Now Muzik.
The duo stated that the separation is with immediate effect in a joint statement shared by Now Muzik on Wednesday, March 5.
Omorogbe thanked 2face for their collaborative work and friendship over the years.
“My team and I look forward to now supporting from the sidelines, and continuing to advocate for any and everything 2Baba,” Omorogbe said.
“I am proud of the brands we built together, the music we made; the fans we entertained. 2Baba is one of the greatest Nigerian musicians of all time and it really is an honour to have had the opportunity to walk side by side with him, watching and helping him make magic over the past two decades,” he added.
Reacting to the development, a fan of 2face, Amos Umba said; ” We may not know the blessing that will follow their separation.”
